Would you like preserve your gown into an everlasting memory of your wedding day?

The experts at Roses And... will help you begin the process of preserving your special gown properly, and with quality care. Should the day come for you to pass your cherished heirloom to a loved one for their special day, you will be able to do so knowing that she will walk down the isle in a dress as brilliant and glowing as when you wore it.

Here are some helpful questions regarding our gown preservation process:

 

I have received my preservation kit, what is the next step?
When you receive your kit, simply fill out the enclosed pre-paid order from, use the materials provided to pack up your gown, and attach the pre-paid UPS shipping label. Once your gown has been shipped, we will then direct you to contact the professionals at Wedding Gown Preservation Co to track your shipment. Please Note: An adult signature will be required when your gown is delivered back to you. This is done for the protection of your gown.
   
Do I need to have my gown cleaned before sending it to your company?
No, Wedding Gown Preservation Co will handle what is necessary for all the cleaning of your gown
to ensure a proper preservation.
   
What stains are removed with the process?
Approximately 95% of all stains are removable. Those such as tar, blood, perspiration, grass, mud, grease and food are the most common. Also any sugar stains from cake icing, wine and other beverages.
   
What can be seen in the display window?
You will be able to view your gown and veil. Any other items will be positioned at the bottom of the window, where possible, or packed underneath your dress.
   
What else can I send along with my gown?
You have the option of up to three additional items to be enclosed with your gown in the sealed white gloss finish preservation chest, packed within a deluxe shipping carton. Those items can be a veil and/or headpiece, detachable train, jacket, ring pillow, money bag, purse, handkerchief, gloves, garter, etc. Additional fees may apply for more items.
   
What kinds of repairs are done to the gown?
The highly trained staff at Wedding Gown Preservation Company will handle most repairs for a nominal fee. Please let us know if you would like a repair quote.
   
Is my gown guaranteed?
YES! Wedding Gown Preservation provides a 20-year guarantee against caramelized sugar stains or yellowing. If at anytime your gown is found to have yellowed or has caramelized stains, they will reprocess the gown at no additional cost. If reprocessing is found to be unsuccessful, your preservation cost will be refunded. REMEMBER: NEVER store your gown in the attic or basement.
